Sur started to work 6 years ago, in Santa Fe Argentina, organizing
adventure trips in Argentina, Bolivia and Peru mainly for locals.
In 2001 the economic situation of Argentina went into a crisis
with the result of a devaluation of the local currency and the
country became a fantastic place for foreign tourists, not only
because the cheap prices but also because the incredible landscapes
and good tourist services. So we also opened a Hostel (“Tango”)
and an Adventure Travel Center in Cordoba city. Nowadays
beside all our activities in Cordoba area we have around 20
group tours leaving every year.
We also organize the same tours and other tailored activities
for private groups or travelers.
All
of us are travelers so we know what, when and where is the best
to do in South America... and we continue looking for new adventures!
Each
one of our group tours is lead by one of us at least (because
we take care of you and because just like you ... we love traveling!).
Working
with us there are many great people: local guides in each place
we visit; hotel staffs in every city are now like family after
so many trips, baquianos in the mountains helping us in the
horseback riding tours and of course all the people working
with us in the Cordoba and Santa Fe offices.
So,
now you know who we are. We hope we can count you in on one
of our great adventures in this amazing land in the south part
of America.
